Botany Town Centre is a local mall boasting over 200 stores and eateries making it a prime spot for students, teachers, and the whole community to visit. Meet Nuli, a study spot that is more than your usual café; Designed for achievers, dreamers, and even those who need someone to hold you accountable for work, Nuli empowers you to want to work hard and put in just that little bit of nuli (effort).

Background

How can I establish a change in Botany Town Centre’s spaces by creating a new modern and cozy space targetted for students to use as a quiet space for work and study?

Botany Town Centre is situated beside many highschools around the area. Making this mall a prime spot for many high schoolers to visit. This problem matters because of the lack of areas for students to study without overcrowding. Especially when it comes to common study areas like the library. Some students are also unable to study at home because of distractions, and students may also not be able to afford going to cafes to study if other areas are full.

Promotional Video

With the Nuli explainer video, it is meant to promote the new opening of Nuli Cafe and briefly introduce what Nuli is about and offers. Showcasing the overall vibe, and acting as a bridge for curiousity.

How it works!

The Nuli website is the main directory for the audience to view and find out more about what Nuli has to offer. The website goes more in depth with Nuli's rewards and membership. There is also information about the menu, opening hours and contact details.

The Campaign

The campaign idea behind this poster was supposed to be similar to a 'wake up call' targetted to students. With the use of the hand-written looking note and the simple call to action, it is meant to stir a reaction that makes the viewer think about their own study habits and where they want to take themselves next.

By supporting Nuli, you effectively supporting and uplifting the thousands of students around the Botany area who are struggling to study. Many students are unable to study at home and also struggle to find environments that they can effectively study in, which causes a dip in their academic performance. Nuli is the perfect place for all students, as it is a place made specifically for students in mind.
