Memi is a theme park companion app, designed to enhance and simplify event planning for visitors. The app offers booking management, itinerary organisation, price tracking, as well as a loyalty program to build a seamless and rewarding experience for visitors.

Background
Glenfield is a peaceful suburb in Auckland, New Zealand. The area is perfect for families, those looking to wind down, and for those who are in search of their home-sweet-home, but there is a noticable lack of public social events and leisure spaces.
The lack of social events available to families in the area is evident - with places like malls becoming the default social gathering area. These places tend to lack the stimulation and activities young children need in order to develop and grow, so how can an experience be designed to aid in their development?
The solution to this problem would be a weekly or monthly theme park pop up in the local parks. Memi would be a supporting app that parents can use to sort their activities and budget for the day.

The modern animation and motivational message will encourage viewers to download memi and start making lasting memories.
How it works!
Once signing up with memi, users are greeted with the home page. This displays a live gallery from previous events, as well as the top three most popular activities. Users can also book a spot for certain activities if they wish to reserve a spot for their family. The app also has an overview of the event venue, showing where these activities will be held. To assist with organization, users can star/favorite events, and this will appear in their starred page. At the venue, visitors can earn points, and unlock exclusive member prizes through the app.

The Campaign

The target audience for this problem are parents around the ages of 25-40 who have children around the ages of 8-15. These are tech-savvy parents, with full time jobs. Time restraints makes it hard for these parents to spend much time on finding new and engaging events to attend with their children, so most campaigning will be done on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. These social media platforms would be regularly updated with sneak peaks of exclusive events, prizes to be won, and photos of the activities available. Online campaigning helps make the promotions more accessible to more people, and as a result, this will reach a wider audience.
